Entry form notifying intention of participation stamped with signature must be submitted to
the Organizing Committee by the following deadlines:
- General Entry form: March 18, 2016
- Quantitative Entry form: June 18, 2016
- Individual, Nominative entry and Travel information: August 18, 2016
